MEDITATION + REIKI CLASSES

Consisting of guided meditiation followed by reiki.

TIME: 6.30PM TO 8PM. 90MIN CLASS

$30 PER PERSON, limited to an intimate number of six.

A 90 minute session to hold space, to breathe, to dream, to soak in some quality time for the self, and to be as you are.

A space for you to unwind, to rest, to be still, and to return home to yourself. Dropping from the mind and into the body, and the soul.

Gracefully turning down the dial on the mind chatter and observing your inner world.

A devotion to practice. A devotion to self. To bringing stillness inward.

This is a perfect session if you are curious about meditation and reiki or if you have a regular practice.
